Your pie will arrive fresh and chilled to preserve its bright, tangy flavor and smooth, custard-like texture.
Follow these simple tips for best results:Storage:
Keep your pie refrigerated until ready to serve.Before Serving:
Remove from the refrigerator 1–2 hours before serving to allow it to come to room temperature and for the custard to soften slightly.To Serve Warm (optional):
Preheat your oven to 300°F.
Place the pie (uncovered) on the center rack and warm for 8–10 minutes — just enough to take the chill off.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing.Serving Tip:
Delicious on its own or topped with a dollop of whipped cream, fresh berries, or a light dusting of powdered sugar for a bakery-style finish. For an extra zing, top with lemon curd.No returns
